Due to the hand-forged nature of our carbon steel cookware and with each piece being slightly unique, we do not have a custom fitting lid for our Oval Roaster.
When properly heated on your stovetop carbon steel does not warp. On smaller stoves, we recommend gradually bringing your roaster to temperature to ensure even heat distribution.
The Oval Roaster is at home on your stovetop just as readily as it is in your oven. Take it outside and use it on the grill or better yet the campfire as well!
This hammered steel piece is just beautiful. We used it to cook fish, and the fish turned out perfectly, including having the skin stick to the pan which made the fish easy to serve. The pan cleaned up well.

Solid and well made roaster. Evenly heating. Used on Weber gas grill, gas stove top, and oven. Cooked lamb pops and salmon. Great for cooking and serving. Roaster retains heat. Make sure you have well insulated gloves when handling
