We stand behind the quality of our cast iron and carbon steel cookware. If your cookware is defective, we’ll replace it. If your cookware fails you after honest and normal use, we’ll repair or replace it.
Do you have a lid that fits the oval roaster?
Due to the hand-forged nature of our carbon steel cookware and with each piece being slightly unique, we do not have a custom fitting lid for our Oval Roaster.
Does carbon steel warp?
When properly heated on your stovetop carbon steel does not warp. On smaller stoves, we recommend gradually bringing your roaster to temperature to ensure even heat distribution.
Can I use the oval roaster on my stovetop and oven?
The Oval Roaster is at home on your stovetop just as readily as it is in your oven. Take it outside and use it on the grill or better yet the campfire as well!

This hammered steel piece is just beautiful. We used it to cook fish, and the fish turned out perfectly, including having the skin stick to the pan which made the fish easy to serve. The pan cleaned up well.
