Factory Second 14 inch Dual Handle Skillet
Love, love, love, my new 14-inch skillet! The second's issue was a tiny imperfection in the bottom of the skillet which is totally unnoticeable once I have seasoned it a little. As always, the performance is top notch and the fact I was able to purchase it for a reduced price makes the deal even sweeter! Keep serving up the seconds Smithey... we appreciate it!

This is my all time favorite pan
Cook for one. Cook for everyone. Fried eggs, broccoli, crispy Tofu. This pan rivals a blackstone for indooor cooking and the sides keep splattering in place. A lid uplevels this design. Preheat the pan well and it will be your best friend.

More ‘seconds’ then expected.
The pan is a large 14” and it’s heavy ageless timeless heirloom piece and of course it’s beautiful - I made the mistake of buying a seconds and unfortunately it is to be a gift for my daughter’s birthday and the purchase of her first home - so I hoped the defect would be slight and essentially unnoticeable. It not only has a small pitting in the floor of the pan but also two clear fingerprint marks in the coppery patina on its internal side walls. Making the ‘seconds’ more noticeable than I expected. I’m not sure what I will do, maybe keep it myself and buy her something else as it is not returnable.
