This cast iron skillet is the most used skillet size. When cleaned and maintained as instructed, it remains naturally non-stick. The more I've used it the better it becomes.
I love my new Smithey. It will take me extra attention to get it perfectly non-stick. But its worth the effort.

Great size for me
I loved the first one I bought so much I had to buy a second one. I probably used this pan 90% of the time when I cook, which is almost daily. It’s so perfect. I can start something on the stove, put a lid on it and put it in the oven to finish it . I use it so much I needed a second one. I cannot say enough good things about my Smithy pans. I have five.
