We use this every day, toast and pancakes. Sometimes tortillas. It replaced an old copper flat that I brought home from Mexico years ago from San Jose de Cobre, Mexicos famous copper town. That flat piece worked great for years and now goes camping, the cast iron piece is much better.

I now have the 10” flat griddle along with the 8” chef pan 10” skillet and the 11” deep curved skillet.
