I'm really enjoying my new No. 8 Skillet with various foods - eggs, meat, potatoes, onions. Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to cure and put away. I'm still learning the various temperature thresholds but this little pan heats up quickly and a little goes a long way. I already have my eye on another one!
