Love these small functional skillets
I bought 2 and these smaller skillets are great for a nonstick 2 eggs over easy, or a single tenderloin fillet, or breast of chicken with sun dried tomato’s. All my Smithey stuff is a lifetime investment and very happy with its function. It’s great that they are produced in the USA and right down I26 from me. Thank you Smithey Ironware!

So cute number 6!
So I got this pan as a thank you gift for my son who’s moving to Chicago. He’s a huge Smithey fan and makes many of his steaks in your number 12 inch skillet. But I got this for him to take to Chicago in his suitcase where he’ll be starting a new job. Thank you so much he’s already made Quite a few things in it. It’s great for just frying up a high-protein ground beef meal in the afternoon.

The 14" is a handful! I've been in Bacon paradise getting it properly seasoned!
I do with the handle was larger because of the amazing weight! Need to use 2 hands 100%
