Received my 12" skillet and started, as recommended with 80% burger and onions and ended up with some sticking and a tad more cleanup than anticipated.....thinking the next use will probably be a bit better.

Very heavy (duh) but very good quality. So happy to start to change out my cookware. Breaking it in takes some time.. but it is coming along well. Thank you!
This is the finest cast iron skillet on the market. I purchased one and immediately purchased another to replace a worn out hand me down. Great job Smithey! My new go to kitchen workhorse!
