It's a great pan. It's well made, it easily seasons, and I like the low sides.

I did hesitate to pay $300 for a carbon steel skillet given the choices available but the reviews were good and, I must admit, this is the most beautiful skillet I’ve seen. And it cooks as well as expected. It’s a bit heavy but very useful. I love it.
