Terms and Policies


We stand behind the quality of our cookware and will do what it takes to earn your satisfaction. If your Smithey is defective, we’ll replace it. If it fails you after honest and normal use, we’ll repair or replace it.


Smithey Ironware currently ships only to the  United States and Canada. We ship single skillet orders via  USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground, depending on customer location. Orders consisting of more than one skillet will be shipped FedEx Ground. Typically all orders will be shipped within 1 business day of receipt. We guarantee shipment within 3 business day of your order.


Smithey cookware is designed and crafted to serve for generations.  If your cookware fails you after normal and honest use, we’ll repair or replace it.  If your cookware falls below our quality standards, we’ll make it right. Smithey can accommodate returns or exchanges for new, unused cookware within 45 days of delivery.   Visit our returns portal here.


We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will be used solely for the purposes of filling your online order.


All materials, photos, design elements, and text contained on this site are owned by The Smithey Ironware Company, LLC (Smithey Ironware). Images may be used online by blogs and social tools if credit is given to Smithey Ironware as the creator of the content, and/or if a link back to smithey.com is provided. Except as noted above, you may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or use the contents of this site without the written permission of Smithey Ironware.
