My Beautiful New Roaster
Yes, I could have bought a much less expensive, machine made carbon steel pan which likely would have given me similar cooking results. I chose this one, though, partly due to its gorgeousness. I keep it on my stovetop most of the time, use it frequently, and admire it daily. I'm very happy with this pan. It makes me want to have people over for dinner.
